These are some of the best Hip Waders I have ever owned. I like the way they are constructed.
I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good set of Hippers

I have been trout fishing for over 50 years now and can't even count how many pairs of hip boots I have had through the years. These boots are great. I fish in a remote spot that is over a 1 mile hike in and then another 1 mile hike out. The boots are comfortable for the walk and even more comfortable while wading. The soles provide nice cushioning and a sure grip on the rocky stream bottom and I am a big fan of the padded knees. I think these will last me a long time.

Last spring I purchased the vinyl waders with felt from redhead for 79.00 each (I bought 4 pair). They lasted 3 trips to the trout stream and all of them started leaking. Some around the knees, ankles, then just all over. Husband and kids got soaked. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. HUGE WASTE OF 320 DOLLARS FOR ME. I had to give them a star rating cause It wouldn't let me give NONE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by hescott3 Finally a boot that fits. Love'em.
Finally at age 59, I found a pair of hip boots that I can slip on over my freaky big calves. They feel good and no more cramping in my foot when walking. Gone is the fighting and straining trying to get them on, just slip them on like a regular guy. Thanks.
