I bought these for my wife and daughter in-law. They are a little long in the legs for both of them which causes them to bunch up just above the boot. They'll each only wear them a couple times a year and they keep them dry so thats all that matters.

Needed a new pair of hip waders but couldn't find any in "female" sizes so I ordered these hip waders. The legs are the correct length for a child so at 5'6" tall the crotch of the waders sits about 8" low making it difficult to walk and climb in and out of a canoe. The boot sizes are a little off too - I wear a women's 8 shoe and the size 6 are very big even with wool liners. That said - they keep me dry and warm and have held up well so far!

These waders are not stretchable and very difficult if not impossible to walk in let alone bend your knees or sit down.. If that is not enough they are heavy.

There are a lot of waders out there, but not a lot of them give you value like this. They don't have as many features as some of the more elaborate neoprene designs, but they do the job.
I would recommend these for someone just starting out in waterfowl. Great price and they'll do a great job in the field. I trek through all kinds of hazards and the material stands up fine.
They're not insulated, so I echo the other reviews that tell you to layer up underneath. However, this allowed me to wear them during summer dog training and teal season without getting over heated in 1000gram neoprene. I bought a pair for my girlfriend for her first teal hunt and the only complaint she had was the weight.
I bought neoprene waders this fall because I plan on a few more late season outings, but these will remain a favorite for me.
