WORE THEM 4 TIMES FOR 2-3 HOURS EACH TIME. HAD SMALL LEAK IN MID SECTION AND SMALL LEAK IN ONE LOWER LEG. NOT WORTH THE HIGH PRICE TAG ON WADERS... SHOULD I HAVE WENT WITH ANOTHER BRAND???

I have only got to use them once so far but, I stood in 45 degree water for over and hour and a half with a slight rain. It was like standing on a dry sidewalk. I was completely warm and dry. The waders are easy to put on and fit well except for the fact that the waist belt does not narrow up enough. I am 5'10" 210lbs and 34" waist and they fit great everywhere but in the waist. The size 11 must be made for a fatter man. The hand warmer pocket is nice but does not dry quickly once wet. The max 4 pattern is great but it is definitely not HD.

Had to replace three times in 2 years. All three leaked in same spot just above left knee. Not a lot, but would have a wet leg everytime. Always take good care of my waders, clean, dry and hang after every usage. It's a shame too, b/c they were comfortable and sturdy, I'm sure they were warm, loved the max4 pattern. But after 3 times I gave up on them. BPS backed me each time which is good.

they look cool but they aren't where do I start the soles have metal grippers in them for traction,they fell out first day as soon as i stepped on rocks, there is fabric on the boots instead of rubber,so if you're a real waterfowl hunter and your out in 15 to below temps those boots are freezing up rock solid, also the camo fabric just peels off

These waders - RedHead Bone-Dry Extreme - are listed and described as having a felt sole, but the picture of the boot does not have a felt sole. What is the situation with soles?Answers

They are full rubber with the knob grip bottoms, and the inside feels like felt and neoprene, the 1000 thinsulate in these is awesome

in waders, its really hard to take a picture of the sole inside the boot. its there just difficult to captuer in a picture. its the same as the sole in your everyday shoes. a padded insert if you will thats placed in each boot to give your foot extra comfort.A:
The ones I bought do not have a felt sole on the outside. They are rubber with metal cleats glued on.1 of 1
