RedHead® Bone-Dry Extreme® Waders for Men
I purchased this model about 5 years ago. Where my buddy and I hunt is the roughest environment I can imagine for waterfowl hunting. We joke about it being the proving grounds for hunting gear. 20 degrees F at 100% humidity, trekking down steep 30 foot banks, then through fields of cockle burs and across soggy, marsh covered springs that lead to the banks of the Mississippi. These waders have seen it all. Every season they have delivered beyond expectation and somehow not sprung a leak. Every year I think "this will be the last season these waders can handle", and every year they give me one more season.
I gave them 4 stars and not 5 because of two minor issues. The first is that the strap buckle will slightly impede your ability to shoulder your gun, but only slightly. The second is the weight of the boot portion while traveling on land. They are noticeably much heavier than other waders which leads to fatigue if you have a long way to walk. However there is a catch! The boots are quite buoyant in water. This allows for easier mobility in soft swamps, lakes and rivers. If you stand on one foot, your free foot will actually tend to float.
Over all, these waders have been a win for me and they have exceeded my expectations. They passed 5 years of hard hunting and are still going strong. Red Head did well with these waders!

Great Waders For the Money
I had these waders and they lastest three seasons which i thought was good for the money I invested. I want to look around to find some others and read reviews for other brands but I will most likely buy these again. I would change one thing and that is the fabric on the boots it started to peel off after the first season but then again I do hunt at least 3 days a week during the season and some holiday weeks I go everyday. maybe yall could either make a tougher fabric or just go with a plain rubber on the outside of the boot like the 3.5mm waders as my feet are not usually the factor in whether or not I kill ducks.

they only fit short fat guys
i'm 6' & 165lbs. They are meant for shorter more robust guys. My normal shoe size is a 11.5. I got the waders in a 9. The middle makes me feel like an oompa loompa. The belt is too low and the shoulder strap just falls off all the time. They are durable however. No leaks.

I bought these for a Upstate NY duck trip last week knowing there were going to be cold and freezing temps. Waders did well keeping me warm even while in the water. Would liked to have seen a little more insulation in the boots, but my feet always get cold. I wear a size 8.5 shoe and ordered a 9 and they have room for an extra pair of socks. The only thing that is weird is that the inseam is about 2-3 inches too long(and i am a 33" inseam) and the wader belt is positioned 2 inches too low. Not that big of a deal but doesn't sit on your hips. The hand warmer pocket is nice but would also like have seen a shell holder on the outside of the pocket. Overall though, good purchase.
