I have been out duck hunting in this jacket while it has been in the low teens and my upper body was still warm as could be. Wish I could say the same for my feet! I was skeptical about spending that much money on a jacket but its worth being comfortable while you sit in the wind at a lake for hours on end.

Rated 4 out of 5 by BASSkicker Good but nbt great!!!
For the price the jacket is good, but not the best on the market. It does keep you warm but does tend to absorb some water in a heavy rain, thus making it a non water proof jacket. Secondly the big pockets for your hands in the outer shell do not have a button or magnet to close them so when it rains they tend to fill with water, I found this out the hard way. SO there are some improvements that need to be made. But overall it is a good jacket.

I purchased this jacket for last years waterfowl season and it was great. We even had a snow storm come in on us in the pit blind with a little bit of ice mixed in. I stayed plenty warm and the pockets are easy access. I gave this jacket 5 stars even though it doesn't have all the bells and whistles on it like some of the more expensive ones because for the money it was all I needed for shells, calls, and then some. In fact my hunting buddy who was in the blind with us that day went right out and bought the identical jacket. Overall its warm, waterproof the snow and ice didn't stick, and the camo is even better then in the picture!

This jacket has it all. Take the jacket apart for those warm days in the early season and wear it all for those cold mornings later on in the year. I hunt a couple times a week during the season and have had my jacket for 2 years with no problems. It keeps you warm even in the COLD weather in Ontario, Canada.
