RedHead Bone-Dry Big Horn 9'' Insulated Waterproof Hunting Boots for Men
A good buy
I perchased these last season. Now with two seasons under my belt with them this is what I have found. Very durable. Climbing tree stands screw in pegs ladder stands and all around climbing trees the soles grip nicely and they have held up good. No marking on soles to speek of. Still water proof. I have ben in water last year and this year above the top of my foot and foot stayed dry. A friend and I hunt large public wood in Ohio and do alot of walking and hiking while gun and archery hunting for deer and small game and the boots are comfertable all day. Sizeing is off I were a 10.5w and hade to buy a 12w to fit.

Superb Comfort and Quality
Baught these boots pre season '07 for the winter portion of the season up here in Canada, i tried several different boots before desciding on these, factor number 1 being that these have to be one of the most comfortable pairs of boots I have ever worn(even on rugged terrain after 6 hours of hiking) and factor number 2 being that these boots actually keep my feet warm, people who have hunted Northern Ontario or Quebec before know that you haven't felt cold until you've been here, keep my feet cozy warm in negative 25+ celcius whether im sitting in a blind, up in a treestand, or just on the stalk with my bow. Would and have recommended to several people these boots are in a word amazing. Why spend out the teeth for a pair of boots when you get everything they offer and more with these guys. Thanks RedHead for another amazing product!!

first of all let me say, I am a over weight smoking 42year old with bad knees and ingrown toenails.these boots out of the box are the most comfortable boot i have ever bought! i wore these boots today for the 1st time and walked 8 miles scouting and my feet and legs never gave me any problems! i have never owned a more comfortable boot, and i have spent uppwards of $200 on a pair. i cant wait to see how warm they are this winter.

I was told that hunting boots are either warm, or comfortable, but never both. After reading some of the reviews I decided to try these. At first the boot will feel a little snug on your foot, but it's extremely comfortable. I wore these in 35F weather with standard knee length socks, and my feet stayed very warm. They are like wearing an insulated sneaker on your foot. When you start into the woods, you'll forget you have them on because they're so comfortable. The price makes them even more attractive. If you're looking for a standard insulated hunting boot that won't break the bank, this is definitely it. I'd put this pair up against any Rocky or Danner boots any day of the week.
