Good Boots - Excellent Service
Ignoring other reviews and thinking I wouldn't have a problem if I didn't wear heavy socks. Wrong! The boots are definitely undersized.
I put somes miles on the truck and took them to Memphis. The exchange was made, no hassle and w/ a smile.
I wore the boots through some Arkansas briars. They shredded the laces.
I called the service number, spoke to a very nice lady and explained the problem. After some E-mail exchanges, the problem was resolved w/ a gift card to cover the replacement laces. Again no resistance.
The boots seem good for the price but, I wouldn't give as a gift because of the sizing problem. The material is not going to stretch.

Already returned the first pair I bought after 1 week last year and got a replacement pair. Having the same problem with the replacement pair which is snapping the speed lace hook off the boot. Normally the speed lace hooks are metal but these are some kind of a cast metal, maybe aluminum. Now I have to either skip lacing the boot halfway up or wrap the laces around the boot to keep it closed. I only use these for hunting, nothing else. Dry, warm and lightweight are good qualities but shoddy lace hooks have made these almost unusable. Doubtful I could return them after a year.

great bang for the $$$
Boots fit great and are extremely comfortable. would order a size bigger to fit bigger warmer socks. have not hunted below the 30's yet but have been very warm thus far. i have hunted in the rain twice and had no issues w/ feet getting wet! you cant beat them for the price. the only issue i may have is the rubber piece on the toe of the right boot is slightly seperated. it hasnt peeled off and may have came like this. i do use a climbing stand so this could be the reason. the left boot is fine. thats the only flaw i can find after using them 1/2 season. i still give it 5 of 5 and would recommend these to anyone looking a great boot.
