Rated 5 out of 5 by 300WSMTXHUNTER Great boot, worn multiple seasons
Where to start? I hunt in rugged terrain in West Texas. I have experienced temperatures from 19 degrees to well over 100. These boots have done well in it all. Cactus, rocks, mesquite thorns, cedar... you name it, these boots have been through it. I have worn these boots at various times for 12-15 hours and no blisters. Granted after that long, it's going to feel good to take any shoes off... but these are so comfortable and durable that they can take the abuse without your feet paying the price. I like these so much that I just bought a pair in all camo for my hunting buddy that I share the lease with as a birthday present. I got tired of him making me go first everytime we were exploring the property in case there were rattlesnakes. I have not had the honor of putting them through a true snake test, but feel it's only a matter of time before that happens. I am going into my third season with these boots and they still look almost brand new with very little wear on the soles. They are the only thing I wear at the ranch no matter what time of year we are there. Will definitely be purchasing again if I ever wear out the ones I have now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by msbr Comfortable but not durable
I have had the boots less than a year and the zipper broke on one boot. The boots are coming apart at the seams on top so it is just a matter of time before they will leak.
They have done a great job keeping my feet dry and are comfortable to walk around in all day.
Just wish they would have lasted longer for the money I spent on them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by KelsoReb So far, so good !!
I purchased these Red Head Bone Dry boots at the beginning of turkey season and have worn them about 10 or 12 times. They are very comfortable to walk in and did not leak the couple of times I waded water. I do love the slip on , zip up, and go, however they do zip down better than they zip up. Just hold the zipper closed while zipping up and all is well. Also a little lub also helps a great deal. They come a little too light in color but nothing that brown paste shoe polish can't fix. Over all I love these boots..so far so good !!

Rated 5 out of 5 by OneDHG Stunningly good boots.
After 6 years this 16" Bayou lace up is 99% my first choice of all my boots. 30* F and higher. Excellent lateral support and traction; barb wire fence, and briars protection. The one long factory shoe string was unsatisfactory. I installed three shorter shoe strings per boot. A tad slower but much easier to lace up tight. Then a gaiter over top. Mine is lace-up, not the zip-up. Always dry & store on Peet Boot Dryer in upside down position. 14 WIDE is miracle find for us Big Foot guys.. REDHEAD: please keep up this 14WIDE size and lace up boots. Your customers & users outta be grateful & thankful. I am.
