These are the worst broadheads ever. Only one ofthem came with three blades the other two both had two. Do not by. Spend extra money for g5 montes.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by DALeelanau fly great but
I do like the way the broaheads fly in my Parker crossbow. I tested them at 30 yds and they flew just like my field tips. The bad thing is one of them broke off at the shaft when I installed it in a Red Hot bolt. It broke when I was hand tightening it and now I have to replace the insert before using the bolt. They cost about $10 each so it is also expensive.

Rated 5 out of 5 The most effective broadhead I have shot
This is BY FAR the best broadhead I have shot for whitetails. I have searched until 2010 for the right one by purchasing multiple different brands and taking multiple deer with them. I have killed 12 deer including 2 heavy bucks with these broadheads and never had one run out of eyesight before expiring (and usually I hunt in thick woods). less than 40 yards every time. Shot placement is the most important thing and that is very achievable to any range with these. They are SHARP, DURABLE, and VERY ACCURATE. Did i mention easy on the wallet?

I use them with FMJ and they work great.A:Â
There are 2 metal "O" rings that seat the blades against the body of the broadhead. However, they sometimes present some minor seating issues against the arrow and will cause a slight "wobble" when the arrow spins.A:Â

Do these heads hit exactly where your field tips do? And when you buy multiple packs, do they all hit exactly the same spot?

I don't know about other packages but the 3 I bought out of the same package hit in the spot that I'm aiming atA:Â
They did for me! I have trusted them for shots of a lifetime!A:Â
i took my field point took a shot into my 3 d buck then added another shot with the blackout cut the vanes off my first arrow with no ajustments so i would say they do def a great buy good luckA:Â
yes, they do fly precise. If your bow is tuned well... if arrows fly well through paper, these broadheads will fly the same as target points.A:Â
no they didnt hit the same for me they shot 4 " to the left . they are easy to tuneA:Â
I've personally used heads from four different packages and so far they have all shown the same flight characteristics. They may hit slightly higher than your field tips, but unless you are shooting at very long range, this shouldn't be a problem at normal bowhunting distances.Top 100 Contributor

I have shot these since 2007 out of several different set ups at several different speeds. They have always impacted right with my field points for me. Best head you'll find at any price, but the low price tag sure a nice bonus.A:Â
I bought 3 packages and all were perfect when I spun them.A:Â
They seemed to ply just like my field points.A:Â
They do. I shot all of them at the same time.Details:Â
Is the RedHead Blackout Fixed-Blade Broadhead spin-tested?Answers
Top 100 Contributor
A:Â
I cannot tell you if they are or are not spin tested from the factory. I can tell you that I've been shooting them since 2007 and have never had a single accuracy problem out of them.A:Â
I've talked to an archery salesperson at bass pro and they actually told me they are more accurate than Muzzys amd Thunderheads. On the package it does mention that they are spin-tested. You buy a 3 pack and all 3 fly the sameAnswers

noA:Â
They do. Thats the arrow I use.A:Â
probably but you'll want something a little lighter maybe a muzzy 75 grain. These only come in 100 grains and the ICS juniors dont give it enough stability.Top 50 Contributor
A:Â
This will fit on the junior arrow but if you are going to be hunting with it, I would suggest going with a slightly better arrow. The St epics and St excel or even the beman MFX in a 400 or 500 spine would be a more durable arrow and even give u better penetration with a light poundage bow.1 of 1
