If you are looking for a warm glove that is not too thick, this is your glove. There are warmer gloves out there but they tend to be too bulky when handling a gun or bow. They may be a little over priced but I found my options to be limited when loking for both warmth and feel.

Quite actually. They aren't waterproof, per-se, but they will stay dry most of the day in a light rain while in your treestand. I love 'em! bought something like 6 pairs for myself.
