I've been looking around for some nice flannel shirts for a while now, and these have been the best so far. Beautiful patterns/colours, soft and warm, and nice fit. The only thing you need to be aware of is sizing- I normally wear Medium shirts, but a Small is the perfect size for me here.

Nice quality shirt, however runs a bit big - my boyfriend wears a large in most things - it was swimming on him.
