Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 28 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Awkward to use I bought this to carry extra shells so they wouldn't put weight on my shoulders in my pack. The belt just pulls your pants down when loaded with shells. It's more of an inconvenience than anything. I ended up stuffing it in my pack about an hour into a hunt because it was just too awkward. December 13, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good for carrying more ammo The shotgun belt held the rounds just fine. The rifle belt however, didn't work as described, but was easily adjusted. Adjusted in the sense that the loops DO NOT hold one (1) round well and they will slip out when you're walking. However, it's easily corrected by placing two (2) rounds in each loop, thus having more ammo with you. November 24, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Works as advertised I purchased both belts (rifle and shotgun); one for 30-30 and other for .20 gauge. The belts are practically the same. The elastic holding the shells are the same size on both belts but the difference is the number of elastic holders. The shotgun belt has more holders. The belts hold both type of shells well. The cartridge belt; you have to place two 30-30 shells in each loop to hold securely. Easily adjustable and secure fit. For the price and quality; you cant go wrong with the purchase. August 14, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Rifle belt is inaccurate The holes are too big to hold a rifle cartridge. It might work o.k. for a 20 gauge shotgun shell June 10, 2013

A:
Yes, but like in my review, you will have to put two (2) rounds in each loop, as with only one (1) round in a loop, the round might slip out when walking.

I bought the belt specifically for my Judge. It works great for the .410 shell. The .45 colt isn't as long as the cartridge loop, but fits.

45 Long and 410 shells will work in the rifle version and you can also put a holster on it. I don't think you can get better than that.

A:
I'm pretty sure it will only hold larger caliber rifle rounds and shotgun shells, which there are two different belts for rifles and shotguns.

The belt is around 2.5" wide, if that.

A:
Yes, the belt for shotshell holds both 20 and 12 gauge shotshell perfectly. With the quality material that it's made from it will only stretch to the size of the shells and hold it tightly, i'm using it with 20 gauge shotshells now and it's great.

I tried 20-gauge shells in the shotgun model and they fit nicely. Plenty snug enough to not worry about them falling out.

I have not tried to put 20 gauge shells in it yet but, you should have no problem.
Buy the way if you cut of the buckle you can attach this to sling swivels and use it as a sling.
