RedHead® Aluminum Scope Mount Rings
Superior quality, excellent buy!
I can't believe these rings are as inexpensive as they are considering their top-shelf quality. Mounted a 3-9x40 Bushnell Sportsman on my Marlin .22 and these Redhead/Traditions rings are rock solid. They even provide an allen wrench to install them with!
Shot it all day with everything from CB caps to Stingers and the scope never budged. Stop spending $50-$100 for a set of rings- these will do the job just as well or better for a fraction of the cost. Very well machined, excellent finish- this is truly the biggest secret in scope rings. Highly recommended!

nice rings, but..
I bought these rings for my Ruger 10/22. I always like to have the option of using the factory iron sights as well as a scope. However, after installing these rings, it was plain to see that the iron sights could not be used as the "quick peep" rings were not low enough to see my rear sight. I'm not sure if it is possible to get see-through rings to work on the 10/22 as the rear sight is almost flush with the scope mount. However, these are good rings for the money and I can always use them on something else.

These scope rings fit my BSA sweet 22
I have tried several other scope rings that did not work simply because they were too short. These tall scope rings allow for clearance with larger scopes on smaller guns. I sighted in my scope a few days ago and it did just fine. I was able to shoot consistent groups at 25 and 50 yards with these rings. They are very secure on the gun and the scope too. I don't think that I will ever have to change the rings on my 22 because these are going to last a very long time.

First let me start by saying this wasn't what I ordered - I got the low profile (std), not the High Rings (quick peep) I ordered. Then after sighting the scope in - the ring screws loosened. after tightening them and re-sighting in - the mounting screws backed out ...I did check all the screws to be sure they were tight in the first place and the second time...now - I am using locktight (i feel this should have been included in the package).
