I bought these for a summer boot. I work outside and wore these boots out in a month. the insoles are VERY Noisey.....If you are in Law enforcement, do not buy. The boots squeak with each step, making it impossible to sneak. The waterproofing lasted about 2 weeks, and the toes wear thru to the safety toe after 3 weeks.

i've had these boots for over two years now. i work in EMS and have put them thru their paces; from a vehicle extrication to standing in an elementary school doing EMS awareness they have stood up and been comfortable boots. it's hard to find composite toe waterproof boots for under $100 like these.

We bought these for my husband, as a work boot. He has had them for over a year now, and the tread is starting to get worn down. He is now ready for another pair. He is really pleased with them.

Rated 1 out of 5 Fell apart in 2 months
I bought these boots because the lady who assisted me in the footwear department said the Red Head 8'' Duty Non-Insulated Work Boots was the bass pro brand "Bates boot"
I figured same boot just different name I would support Bass pro and buy the Red Head boot
The Red Head 8'' Duty Non-Insulated Work Boots lasted me just under 2 months. They started falling apart within 3 weeks, the soals fell off, the material on the toes pealed off and holes formed just behind the safety toe.
