This item is geat, a little bigger than expected, but it will shrink a lot over time since it is a cotton product.

Large an larger, however, sleeves could be a bit longer!

My best guess would be 15 to 15 1/2 for large and 16 to 16 1/2 for x-large.A:Â
Just bought this shirt in Large and it is perfect in shoulders and chest. I'm 6'-00" at about 190 lbs. Sleeves could be an inch or two longer but my arms are longer than normal.
