My best guess would be 15 to 15 1/2 for large and 16 to 16 1/2 for x-large.

Just bought this shirt in Large and it is perfect in shoulders and chest. I'm 6'-00" at about 190 lbs. Sleeves could be an inch or two longer but my arms are longer than normal.
