RedHead® 1856 Fleece Windproof Lined Camo Jacket for Men
I bought the 1856 Fleece Windproof lined jacket and the accompanying pants from Bass Pro early this fall, because the price was good and hunting in North and South Dakota for deer, I needed some better gear. I first tested this rig in mid-November in northern South Dakota, in temperatures that started in -15 and didn't top 5 degrees, accompanied by a 20 mph wind, with gusts of up to 40 mph. Naturally, I layered a set of fleece long johns, a good shirt and a wool commando-style sweater under the 1856 fleece, but I was actually comfortable hunting deer in this all day long. Took the 2nd biggest buck of my life (a 5 x 5 whitetail) to christen these items, so I'd call them outstanding gear, especially for the money.

My old fishing jacket gave up the ghost, and I needed something to take its place. This jacket is great for running around in the boat on the cool mornings here in the mountains. Jacket is warm and keeps out the wind. Maybe the camo will hide me from the fish.
