Great product, they keep my feet very warm on the coldest (20 down to 8 degrees) of sets in a treestand with 2000 gram Thinsulate boots.

I would definitely go with the XL any thing less will be too small.

these are great feeling socks great for around the house, but when i get chance to go hunting or bluefin tuna fishing when it gets real cold i will write another review about them! sorry i got off track, you should buy size 12.
