I wear duty boots 40+ hours per week. Due to an injury, my foot and ankle are "high maintenance". SImply put, these are the best socks I've tried for daily use. They are cushiony, but my foot doesn't slip around. They breath well, and the 1st pair I bought (as a tester) is holding up well with many washings.

I love my new socks. I got a $25 gift card for my birthday from some friends and struggled to find something to buy that wouldn't require me to add additional funds to my purchase.
I got one pair of socks.
They are awesome. Exactly what I would expect for a pair of socks this expensive. They are very warm and incredibly comfortable.
That being said... I wouldn't pay this much for socks and I hope that folks get me gift cards from other stores due to the big markup on so many things here.

Great Socks, wore them with a silk liner sock and 400gr thinsulate boots and my feet stayed warm during long hunts in 15 to 20 deg temps. Super comfortable and doesn't ride down like other "hunting" socks. Does a good job keeping feet dry. I wore these without my boots in the tent like you would house shoes and the cold of the nylon tent floor was kept at bay by these.

Redhead makes a great selection of rugged socks for outdoorsmen. While I have many favorites, these are among the best for comfort, warmth and durability. As a hiker, backpacker and hunter...I rate these as great.
