I have worn these socks for the past 3 years duck hunting. Worn all day for 6 days with liner socks in a small blind. I get cold feet very easy until this purchase. Now I don't hesitate to put these socks on knowing that my feet will be warm all day. I bought these to keep my feet warm, not because of the price, but because they were doing the job however I can not find a better price other than B.P. so buy now!

I have worn them everyday this hunting season. Warm and comfortable.I wear the 16 inch one as first layer. 13 inch next. Either pair of boots have been excellent for warmth. Different boots with different amount of insulation.
As advertised: warm, comfortable ans so far durable.

Socks seem to be well made, they are thick and dense in the foot area. I use them for cold weather when I want/need to wear my un-insulated snake boots. They are expensive, but it looks like they will last for many hunting seasons. I layer with wicking socks then the bear socks.

I have purchased other wool socks from other companies and they didn't keep my feet as comfortable and as warm as these socks have. I have been buying these socks for about four years now and I haven"t found any that compare to these socks. I haven't been able to find any socks of this length (up to the knee and then some) that are as good as these are. If you want a good fitting and comfortable sock that are as warm as these (I work in a freezer that is 0 degrees and an ice cream room that is 24 below 0, if you do the math that is 56 below freezing) these are the socks for you!!
