I have had these boots for 1 year and they are great, I have worn them almost every day (work,play,hunting, everywhere) they are my primary pair of shoes. they were extrememly comfortable right out of the box and the waterproofing works great, they are just now beging to show signs of wear, I couldn't ask for much more out of a pair of boots and the price makes them even better.

I got these boots for my birthday and have only got to wear these boots a few times so far waiting for the weather to change so far great boots.

Why, especially in a zip-up boot, do they not make the top portion thin enough to fit under a pant leg. With a zip-up boot you don't need extra room in the top to get the boot off and on, so why not make that part thinner. My pant legs do not fit over this boot and I wear regular jeans. These boots are also about a half-size too big so order accordingly.

Bar none, the best boots I ever bought. Today, I purchased my 2nd pair. My 1st pair was bought almost 2 years ago. I drive truck, but am local, so I get in and out frequently. They are warm (for a non-insulated boot) and waterproof for these Wisconsin winters and breathable for the humid summers. I will never buy another work boot for as long as I live. Also, I can't believe how tough they are for being so lightweight. Just a great boot.

I am planning to use this boot as a work boot. I like the fact that it is leather and 12" tall to make it more snake proof. But I need a comfortable, durable work boot because I will be walking quite a bit. Is this boot for me?Answers

I wear the boot every day since I got them for Christmas. I find them very comfortable. There was no need for break-in for me. They may be hot in the summer because they are Insulated. We will just have to wait and see.Answers

I wear size 11 in every type of shoe. And the sizing is pretty good. But my left boot was just a microsize smaller than my right boot. It was not enough to get upset about. It does not hurt my foot or anything. I hope it will loosten up after wearing for a while.

My experience is they run 1/2 size small. I wear an 11.5, but had to get a 12 to wear comfortably.A:Â

I have worn Red Wings and Georgia MudDogs in the past. The Iron Horse Wellington are much lighter than those. Even though the Iron Hose is a 12" boot, they are much lighter. I like that aspect.A:Â
