RedHead #11 Straight Line Capper
My uncle was visting from South Carolina. We were talking about deer huntingand that my father had left me his fire arms when he passed away. One rifle a black knight black powder rifle I told him was to pretty to shoot . I did not want to mess it up. He went in to his bed room and came out with a CVA Eclipes with a sythectic stock . He said here I want you to have this and promise me you will use it. He had left the capper at home. I order one from Bass pro shop. The service people were very helpful and I had the capper in a matter of days. You guys are great . I will order all my hunting stuff from your companey.

straight line capper
this capper works great. easy to use, easy to fill. and holds the caps straight so there is no adjusting mid hunt. pops the cap onto the nipple with ease first time. highly recommend this.

First off, this is the same capper as the Traditions version, shown elsewhere on the catalog page - I wanted 2 of them, so I called the Mesa store & they had 3 in stock. They had to turn the store inside out before discovering that the SKU # was the same between the 2 labels & could actually find the proper capper. Nevertheless, they are well made, lightweight and take just a little optional tweaking to make them work really smoothly in my Cap & Ball Remingtons & Ruger.
I've had other cappers that were difficult to load & where the caps fell over when loading into the capper - not the case here. They fall right in & line right up.
If you're so inclined, you can slightly radius the diagonal tip of the capper to give a little more room when seating caps, but they still work great right outta the package.
I bought one, took it out to the car & tried it out. It worked so well, that I went back into the store & bought another.
The capper works great with both CCI # 10 & 11 caps. The Remington # 10's with their ragged open end can hang up a little, but still feed without jamming.
