I bought 3 pairs of snake boots. One for me and the others for my children. We live in FL and our house is in the woods. We also hunt alot and I feel safer knowing we are protected!!!!

I bought a ladies medium size 9 version of this boot which is 15." Just got them in and have worn them around for just a day'; they are true to size and what's more, I have a wide foot and did not need to order them a half-size larger to accomodate my foot. That was a great advantage as they are comfortable to wear. I'll let you know about the waterproofing soon. A Florida girl who said she stepped on a cottonmouth snake and found it chewing on her boot sold me on these boots for sure. I often go out with my metal detector into thick wooded areas, so this boot looks like it is very much up to the challenge. Looking forward to giving them a workout.
