Durable, easy to use and a lot of bustin beaks. The birds finished and devoted well. No birds ever flared while using this product.

Got a much better deal on these decoys than I could have elsewhere. Got the shipment quickly with no "surprise" shipping/custom/tax fees. I already had a doz of the decoys and liked them enough to order the extra 2 doz.

I've field hunted geese since 1984; originally with the Carrylite stackable shell decoys. These worked great once but as the years went by, the geese got smarter. Since 2003, I've been adding a dozen of these to my spread each year. 60 Real Geese decoys mixed with 48 shells are far more effective than the 144 shells that I once used. I set the silhouettes 1/3 facing north, 1/3 facing NE, and 1/3 facing NW. When wary geese circle the spread, the silhouettes create the illusion of movement as some pop out of view and others pop into view. Of course, the shell decoys look good from directly above and mix well with the silhouettes. The decoys are very durable but should be kept in a bag for protection. I recommend the Hunter's Specialties Silhouette Decoy Bag.
A major consideration for me is that all of my gear and my retriever need to fit in my Ford Explorer. You can fit a lot of Real Geese in a limited amount of space.

This was my first year goose hunting and these worked great. They stood out better than the shells from a long distance. They're worth the money and I plan to buy more next season. Buy a Avery sihouette decoy bag for them and plan on breaking some of the wooden stakes. I had a local carpenter make me more out of white oak
