I used this last yr during the salmon and trout spawn season and had great succes up until i lost it on a rock.its a great lure at a fair price.

This lure is amazing i was fishing in the cedar river and first cast i hooked up a northern. It took me awhile to get it in but it was 32 in long and weighed 8 pounds. BUT this lure does have some durability issues, on the first fish i caught on it there was paint scratched off and the back hook was broken.

the rapala x-rap is my favorite lure in my tackle box. it has an ability to be fished in different ways, it catches multiple kinds of species, and even turtles like it. but they cant brake it. now it goes even deeper! i wanna see those turtles get it now.

it's great for largemouth.

well i wouldnt get the DEEP lure for bass like 1- 10 ft of water mostly, but the regular xrap would do fine
