Awesome lure! Hasn't left my rod since I tied it on, except for a quick retie. This lure is amazing fished like a husky jerk on a steady retrieve! Trout go crazy for it! Might rival the countdown. One of my new favorites for sure! I just bought four more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fishrule Another Great Rapala!
The Rapala U/L Minnow may not (yet) get the notoriety that the more established Rapala's do, but it is a great lure and will soon have it's place among the more popular models. I've had good action on it each time I have used it.
It has a dependable action in slow or fast current, cast very well and like all Rapalas, has quality hooks / hardware.

A:
The depth is determined by how fast you retrieve the lure. A "normal " retrieve with result in a depth of 1 to 3 feet. Determining "normal" is up to you.Top 1000 Contributor

The running depth of this (or any) lure depends on many things. The thickness of your line (thinner the line, the deeper it will run), casting in currents / rivers - the speed and angle of the current will affect the running depth, etc. And the size of the lure can also have an effect. To best answer your question, test it in the water you fish - with the equipment and tactics you use.
