Rapala Tail Dancer Hardbait
I've always been a Rapala fan. My very first lure was a countdown minnow which I keep for more than 25 years.
Anyway. I was supposed to write a review about the tail dancer so here it is.
I do recommend this lure. It is always the first one to go to water and the last one before I leave. I have also bought one to my fishing partner. My favorite colour is the natural one with red lips. I caught snook, jacks, freshwater dorado and other species (don't know their name in english).
The dorado even destroyed the tail end, but the lure is still swimming properly.

Its good but pricy
I own two or three Tail Dances, and The action is very nice. They get down quick and tend to avoid snags well.
Now is where I cut it down .... For a lure with as little versatility as it has, its pretty expensive (worse in Canada) and the color selection is pretty weak. It'd be great if Rapala started sending some of their more radical color lines over or even mixed in some of the saltwater colors.
Still a nice trolling lure

Poor quality control
Bait came separated from clear lip and was lost on first cast. Have used Rapala for 45 years and love them. This one was poorly assembled. Save your money and buy a cheaper hard bait.

Excellent product, I have had many successful days on the water using this bait, especially during the colder water periods, below 60 degrees. Very effective bait!!!!
