I buy this product specifically to match the shad population in the lake I live on. It's a private lake and we put trout in it efall. With this bait I not only catch the trout at a 4 or 5 to 1 ratio over everyone else fishing powerbait or corn, but throughout the year I use it to troll and consistently catch walleye, crappie, largemouth bass, and even an occasional flathead....TROLLING! Been fishing for over 45 years and my tackle box now carries plastic brushhogs the Rapala Countdown, and the shadrap in various sizes. I need nothing else to catch fish all year round. It's a little more expensive than similar baits made by other companies, but the quality is second to none...you get what you pay for.

I bought three of these lures recently, Fire Tiger, Minnow, and a Baby Bass. Within the past two days I have caught three big largemouth bass at my local neighborhood retention pond. I have been using the 5' to 9' lure and the 4' to 6' deep lure. Today I caught my biggest Largemouth to date using the Baby Bass lure, very happy with the lure! I would definitely recommend this lure!

Great early spring crankbait for Norfork and Bull Shoals. Targeting bass, but likely to pick up walleye, slab crappie, and White Bass.
A little pricey, but noting compared to Lucky Craft or Megabass. Fish this from a boat and buy a lure retriever if you don't already have one.
You need to throw this on spinning gear with 6 or 8 lb mono. I use a light action rod.

I have used many crank baits over the years and always end up back to these. I don't know what it is about these baits but they always seem to catch fish. These and the original floating Rapala are my favorite hard baits. I have them in various colors.
1 1/2" and 2" are my favorite sizes. The only draw back is the Pickerel love them also. I have lost quite a few to those toothy critters.
