Very Effective Product
We experimented with the SRM 11 CLW on bass that were not yet interested in rubber or plastics shortly after ice-out in Northern Ontario. We fished the SRM right behind previous presentations that failed to ilicit a reaction. The SRM triggered strikes at an astounding rate when buzzed back to the boat quickly, or allowed to suspend for a few seconds after twitching. It became our go-to presentation for bass....and even had many walleye strikes which was encouraging also. The Rapala SRM will be a constant with our presentations going forward. Great product!!!

Let me first say these lures did produce a lot of walleye, pike and smallies on my canada trip. Great action, trolled exactly at the depths specified ran about 7or 8ft for me. The colors are always great rapala always hits the nail on the head.
Now the downfall, i had 2 that after about 5 to 8 fish the bill ripped out. Then i had 2 more lures catch bigger pike in the 35inch range and they ripped the hook and wire attached right out of the balsa. For the price they catch fish and a lot of them but they are very cheaply made, i will probally purchase a couple more hoping they they hold up better but if not these will be the last ones i purchase

On a recent trip to Canada I took 3 Scatter Rap minnows(Trout, Perch and Silver). I was KILLING the Walleye and Northern, until the lips, which produce great action broke off. Each day for the first 3, I lost lip after lip. The wide design has a flaw when fished hard. I am a Rapala believer and have plenty of them in my tackle box, but the Scatter Rap was subpar in durability and I would encourage potential buyers to wait until the kinks are worked out before buying these lures.
