Had an opportunity to use the knife last weekend on trout 12 to 16 inches.The knife has a very sharp pointed edge which makes cleaning and filleting fish very easy. The handle is shaped very well , good grip and fits the hand comfortably. You don;t need an expensive knife if you have this one.

BEFORE, BUT THEY KEEP ON DISAPPEARING
AROUND CAMP. OTHER MUST LIKE THE ALSO.
NICE TO TAKE ON VACATION WHEN STAYING
IN A CONDO AND COOKING. THEY NEVER HAVE
