Caught quality smallies on Lake Michigan using the Red Crawdad color. Lure works great in the rocky rip rap along the shore where the smallmouth hide. Finish, hooks, and bill hold up good to the abuse of banging it into the rocks. Good purchase as usual from Rapala

Was lookin for that go to crankbait and now i have found it. This lure has great action and quality and fish go crazy for it.

This is my go to bait for fall transition. Today I was using a spinnerbait for an hour and switched to this lure. While i was bouncing this bait on rocks and stumps a 2 lb bass slammed it. Use th shad color in the fall.

i've fished the deep diver and had immediate results, casting to the edge off grass beds caught bass and pike. modified the lure by putting a speed clip on instead of the O-ring. produces better wobble and more strikes. helsinki shad is my favourite rapala colour.
