Ordered these in the mail couldn't wait to get them. Finally came in through them walked around the house and the zippers wouldn't stay up. I was bummed no more rocky products that's the second pair of rocky boots I've had problems with

Very warm, comfortable boots. Zippers are easy to use with gloves even with arthritic or cold hands. Not for long hikes and lateral ankle support could be better for rough terrain but for 90% of your hunting days these are great boots. I normally wear 10.5M shoes and I got the 11M. Plenty of room in the toe and heel area for large, warm socks. Little snug in the middle at first but seem to be breaking in there nicely.

With severe arthritis I was have problems lacing or with some side zips...these are great, can't wait to use them in GA this year....

"Hidden lace system". Does this mean like a regular lace up boot and the zipper just covers ithe laces up ?

No - on the zip up boot there are no laces.

There are no laces, just the zipper but it does feel like there are laces made of thin bungee cord. it seems to work well. I have had them for a little while and no problems as of yet.1 of 1
