ROCKY® Classic Lynx Waterproof Side-Zip Snake Boots for Men
I bought these boots a while back and I had liked them so far. The one thing I don't like is the hooks that the strings are in. When I wear them a while the strings come out of the hooks so you have to restring them. I like every thing else.

I bought these boots about a month ago to go hiking in the woods with my dog. We have a lot of water moccasins and copperheads in our area so I have been a little nervous when we walk at night. Unbelievably I stepped on a copperhead within 10 minutes of the first time I wore them. I stomped him to death. he wasn't very big, but did make the point. At first I was mad about them not being waterproof, but them realized I had stepped in over the boots. Love them so far, they are very comfortable. Hope they are quality and last a while.

I bought this boot about a month ago and was very impressed with the boot. Once you get it adjusted just right on your feet, the zipper in and out is a great feature.

Very Painful Boots
If there is one thing I love, it is hunting boots- so I have worn/bought lots. I have never sent boots back and these went back after one use. I can't imagine how these other guys can say they are comfortable unless there is a big variation with construction/quality. I wondered what the posters meant by "bunching up at ankles" and now I know. The material is so stiff that it folds inward at the ankle and from that point on presses mercilessly on the ankle area- both boots did this. I personally like the D-rings better for lacing cause I go thru lots of bramble type brush hunting in west Texas and it pulls the laces out of these. The boots were VERY stiff which I didn't like, but would have kept them to see if they would soften- I just honestly couldn't take the pain of the break-in process.
