my 9 year old son loved the comfort of these boots but managed to tear them up in a few months. Toe fell apart first and went from there. Fit a little big on him. As a matter of fact, the more he wore them, the more the leather stretched (to the point where they didn't really fit at all). He's got tennis shoes that hold up better than these did. Waterproof? Thats a joke.
