This is the third Rio Fly Line I have purchased. These lines perform just fine for me. I fish mostly cold fresh water stream. These lines are a good value!

I went to Alaska last Aug . for 3 weeks fly fishing for Silver Salmon and needed to purchase a new 8 wt. line . I wasn't familure with this brand of line . It was for a back up reel so I thought I would try it . I was very happy with the way it preformed , it cast very smooth and layed in the reel nice also . I have used Corkland or Scientific Anglers in the past and this line performed as well and for 15 to 20 dollars less . I would recomend this line anytime
