Glad I was able to find this online, however, upon unpacking, I discovered the press was missing the spent primer collection tray. I contacted RCBS direct, one week ago, and have not heard back from them. I'm sure they will take carte of it though.

Great purchase for the shooter looking to save money by reloading. Ready to use, first time user friendly. You will have to purchase a set of dies and a shell holder. Other than those two things its a great kit.

It is an excellent kit for the starting reloader. It has pretty much everything you will need to get started in reloading rifle and pistol rounds. You will need a die set for the particular cartridge you plan to load. You will also need to pickup a cartridge case tumbler and cleaning media for cleaning fired cases before you size them. I ordered this same kit many years ago and have loaded thousands of rounds of rifle and pistol cartridges. It is still as good today as it was when I bought it. You can not go wrong with this kit and it is cheaper than trying to buy the individual items.

Yes, the 204 RUGER dies will work with this press...Remember to also get the proper shell holder #10 to go with the dies!A:Â
Yes anything .17 to short of .50 bmg. .50 bmg takes special presses unless you want to go through a lot of trouble.A:Â
My family has been using RCBS equipment for years. The Rockchucker will reload any (we have from .243 up to .358STA wildcat) but you must have the correct dies for it. RCBS offers entry and higher level dies and we have used both and had no issues. It is wise to pick up their reloading manual so you know the loads to start with.Details:Â
also will work for 12ga shot gunAnswers

44 mag yes any standard center fire pistol or rifle round w/o being .50 bmg yes. shotguns take their own type of press. The rockchucker has a progressive press attachment so it may have a progressive shotgun press attachment but they are gauge specific.A:Â
It can be used for reloading almost any pistol calibre including the .44 mag. You will need a shotshell reloading kit for loading shotgun shells. This particular kit is for rifle and pistol cartridges. I have used the RCBS Rockchucker Kit for many years and have loaded thousands of rounds. It is an excellent product!Details:Â

Both 9mm and .380 use small pistol primers. Bass sells several different manufacturers primers. Personally, I use all CCI, but other manufacturers are just as good. Really depends on what you want and what's available locally to you !A:Â
I would recommend checking with one of the Bass Pro Shops Retail Stores or with RCBS. I hope this helps. ThanksStore Locations: www.basspro.com/stores.
