When I initially purchased the chargemaster combo I was very impressed whith the speed and precision of the unit. I used it for just over a year ( just enough to be out of the factory warranty) when I whent to use the unit and it would not turn on. I contacted RCBS and they informed me to return the unit along with $45 and they would send mea replacement unit. I sent the unit and the $ off and in about two weeks I had the replacement. I didn't do a lot of reloading for the next year, then one day I pulled the unit out do load some pistol bullets and noticed that it seemed to be binding up when it would try to top off a load. Before the end of loading 50 rounds it got to the point that I had to end up dumping almost each load back into the tube and re-trying. It would bind up so much that the unit would cancel the charge. I again contacted RCBS and they told me to return the unit for exchange, but to hurry because the warranty was almost up. Not having UPS, Fed Ex, or other shipping options in my small comunity I shipped the unit via USPS. After waiting for aprox. a month I e-mailed RCBS for an update. I recieved a response saying that they had no record of recieving the unit. I then tried to call them only to find out they are only open from Monday through Thursday. I am not at all happy with the customer service of RCBS and am dissapointed with this product. Would recomend saving your money and buying a different unit to try.
