Rated 5 out of 5 by the perfect mount Bought this in case I didn't like how the regular mount worked for my Elite-5. Got it nice and away from the steering wheel. Since it has a 1" ball,I can adjust it to any angle that I want unlike the original mount which just swings up and down a little. I put it on the 1" base that was used for my old eagle gps and added the new base to where my old fishfinder was so that eagle can mount there so I can reset all my old hot waypoints. If you have the Lowrance Elite-7 Broadband then no this model will not work. You would need model RAM-111U item number 898867. Thanks

Works Great . You can remove unit without taking mount apart . I have the Elite 4x color .
