Rated 3 out of 5 by Powered by Duracell Bought the Quarrow Hands-Free Neck Light at BassPro in Rossford, OH. I was disappointed in the fact that had to put in new batteries in order for it to work since it stated that it was "Powered by Duracell". I do like the light and would recommend it. Hands free is alway nice when looking for something in a dark closet or room. March 23, 2013
