The Quantum KVD Signature Series Baitcast Reel is designed to allow fine-tuning beyond that of any other high-performance Quantum reel! Its advancements include Dual Cast Control technologies which is an externally adjustable DynaMag magnetic system plus an internal ACS centrifugal system. Other features include a lightweight aluminum frame; 11 stainless steel bearings (including the roller bearing for the Continuous Anti-Reverse); and a convenient flipping switch.
The Quantum Accurist Casting Rod incorporates the latest in technology to deliver superior performance. A lightweight IM8 graphite blank combines sensitivity and power, and aluminum oxide guides increase accuracy and casting distance. Other features include a graphite reel seat that allows you to touch the blank for increased sensitivity, allowing you to feel the slightest bite. A split-grip cork handle offers added comfort for all-day fishing.

I bought one for a Christmas gift to my girlfriend, I'm sure she's going to love it. Rod and reel looks great. The reel is smooth, I haven't used it obviously but it looks like it will make a great combo for her. The 6'6 is a little small for me, I usually don't use anything under 7' but being small and petite, it should fit her well

Totally not worth the money and misrepresented product. it is not kvd anything I have ever seen. This is low quality stuff and if I was kvd I wouldn't allow my name to be put on it.

This reel is amazing! I highly reccomend it. I love the quick release cover and the super simple centrifugal breaking system. This reel is very adjustable to your liking. The only thing, I reccomend getting reel grips for the reel handles. I don't like the feeling of the handles and their material when they come in contact with water and bass slime from your hands. I preffer a seven foot rod with this reel, but you can't beat the deal on this combo! This combo costs less then the reel itself. I like the medium action of this reel though. Overall, your saving 10 dollars when you get this combo then buying the reel itself, not only that, but the accurist rod for free in this combo is amazing. You can't beat this deal, even if I would get a 7 ft rod. It's still cheaper. Get this combo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
