switched a wisker biscuit out for this rest. spent many a days looking at alot of fall-aways. if your gonna buy a new rest this is the one.

I have tried many rest on my bow and one day came across another person shooting with one of the QAD rest. Just from watching him I was already impressed at the design to not only have the drop away but to also have the retaining bar. I first tried the cheapest of three on my dad's bow at it is a good bit older and slower than mine. The rest worked flawlessly and also increased the arrow speed. I finally ordered this rest for my Bear bow and when I finally got to try it I was really impressed at the more consistently I was shooting. Also I was getting more speed out of my arrows as well. I like being able to make tiny adjustments with the rest instead of having to move the sights all the time. It has worked under all conditions that you would encounter in TN and GA. I have put it through freezing rain and it still works. The thing that I like most about it is that not only does it drop away but it locks down out of the way. This item replaced a Whisker Bisquit Quik Shot and I am so glad I did.
Two things you need to do for sure though. Have a second person to help you set it up and make sure you follow the directions. If you do not set it up properly it will be mistimed and you will not have the best of luck with it until you do.
So far I have found no downsides to this rest and I really do believe you will not have any need to continue searching after using one of these.

This is simply the best rest out there. Why? ill tell you why. Draw your bow back in a huge situation with a huge buck. Cant hold the bow back, with any other drop away rest down goes the rest and the arrow falls out and clanks around. With the QAD rest it stays up when you let down but when you shoot it is way out of the way. Please spend the money!

This is, without a doubt, the best arrow rest on the market today!! We use it on all our bows for our television show, and it hasn't let us down! In fact, it has made us better shots!!

This year, I got the 2012 PSE Brute X. It came with a Whisker Biscuit, which I will use this season. However, next year I want to upgrade to a drop away. I really want to get a QAD. My question is if the Ultra Rest HD will fit on a Brute X or Bow Madness. These two bows are very similar, and I know more people have the Bow Madness. I have read that the rest will hit the cable slide on PSE bows. I've also read others that say the HD will work, but the LD will not. I would love to get this rest for next year, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.Answers

Yes it will. So you can stalk or be in your stand and always be ready for the shot. It can also be dropped down to remove the arrow.

I believe all rests fit all bows, just some set up better on some bows than others. I own an elite z28 that will accept a QAD, but a drop away rest works better. The QAD's dont seem to set up very well do to the bows riser/shelf.Details:Â
