I bought this rest to stop the vanes from needing replaced or changing brushes on my octane. Installed myself at the range and within ten minutes was robin hooding arrows at 25 yards and after adjusting the sight can hold good groups out to about 80 yards. Would not recommend the cable clamp on the down cable. I used a draw machine at the proshop and served the release string into the down cable and have run just over 500 shots through it and only problem is the fleace on the launcher is coming off. It is pricey but I shoot every day and will hunt whatever I can to stay sharp with my bow.

I bought the QAD Ultra Rest Pro HD arrow rest after trying a few other rests.I was looking for a full containment style rest without giving up speed and forgiveness.This arrow rest was very easy to install and with the instructional video a snap to set up.QAD's quality is excellent and it is also a very accurate rest i could'nt be more pleased ..

I bought this rest for my mathews switchback until now i was using the mathews convertible hd 1" over draw but i really needed a full containment rest i considered a w/b but decided on this rest and im glad i did i did get fletching contact but i put the cock feather up and checked again and no contact now i have to get another one for my girlfriends bear instinct

Works inconsistently. Only drops about half the time. Arrows blow through it to knock the rest down. I would recommend this rest to NO ONE. I've been bow hunting for 11 years and never had a rest perform so poorly. Save your money.

This year, I got the 2012 PSE Brute X. It came with a Whisker Biscuit, which I will use this season. However, next year I want to upgrade to a drop away. I really want to get a QAD. My question is if the Ultra Rest HD will fit on a Brute X or Bow Madness. These two bows are very similar, and I know more people have the Bow Madness. I have read that the rest will hit the cable slide on PSE bows. I've also read others that say the HD will work, but the LD will not. I would love to get this rest for next year, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.Answers

Yes it will. So you can stalk or be in your stand and always be ready for the shot. It can also be dropped down to remove the arrow.

I believe all rests fit all bows, just some set up better on some bows than others. I own an elite z28 that will accept a QAD, but a drop away rest works better. The QAD's dont seem to set up very well do to the bows riser/shelf.Details:Â
