Punisher Jig
The Punisher Jig was the late Billy Westmoreland's favorite hair jig. Each Punisher Jig is hand-dipped and oven-cured for a hard, chip-proof finish, then hand-tied with exclusive Punisher Fish Hair. Producing exceptional movement in the water, the Punisher Jig sports stand-up head with weedguard and is equipped with Gamakatsu® hook.

My grandpa who taught me how to fish and got me hooked on the sport of bass fishing always used hair jigs so I looked every where and didn't find anything close to his old jigs and then I found these and have ordered at least 5-10 of each color. I just wish they made 1/2-3/4-1 once instead of just the 3/8 and lower. Also a black with an orange strip on the back would be great. Besides that they are awesome and I have caught tons of fish and one of these are always tied on the end of one of my lines. Great purchase and I will be getting more.

The hair jigs have good action and are easy to use. I bought a few different color patterns to try out on the local lakes. The 1/8oz size has a lot of action and doesn't get hung up as much as the larger sizes.
I like the black/red color pattern best. I attach trailer hooks to all of my jigs, and also tip the jigs with a trailer soft bait (usually use an old worm tail, plastic frog, or pork frog).
I also like that they are reasonably priced.

I was using these jigs years before Bass Pro offered them. They are killers on smallmouth at Dale Hollow Lake. Now I am using them in New Brunswick, Canada after I was told jigs didnt work here. Just ask my friend Charle if they work. I don't know why I ever got away from using them. I used them with pork rind another bait I had gotten away from.
