these cable extenders were easy to install. the color coding system works well. Bolt covers make it impossible for cables to come apart

I bought the model with the 40 amp fuses in the positive and negative lines. Use it for my 50 lb Prowler trolling motor in the 12' jon boat so I can put the battery near the bow. Makes a big difference with the transom not being so close to the water. The only thing I had to do was use another bolt and nut than the one provided for the negative connector from the motor. Other than that it was easy to set up.
I've taken it out several times and haven't had a problem.

Considering putting a second battery in a fishing kayak (trolling motor) to double the range ability. Can I use this to connect a second deep cycle battery in parrallel?Answers
A:Â
Extender cables just extend a single lead. With waterproof chargers you need to have a spate lead on each battery being charged. To charge these two batteries for example you would need something like a ProSport 20. In order to charge these two batteries and a starter battery, which you might try a ProSport 20+. ThanksQ:Â

I need extensions for my Guest charger. Will these work or will I need to obtain from the Guest charger company?
Answers
A:Â
No , you can buy this , the same that I buyed . Promariner 15 or 5 feets , they are very goodA:Â
Yes they will be fine.A:Â
If the ends of your Guest charger have rings on them, they will work. If they don't, you can put the same rings as there is on the extensions and that will work too. You can buy the rings at your local auto parts store. They are the yellow plastic ones with the rings for a threaded battery post.1 of 1
