After reading the negative reviews I decided to try them anyway because I just could not find any factory Mags. I took the advise of another reviewer and cleaned them off, filled them and put them away for a month. When I finally used them they worked flawlessly in my Ruger P-95 with whatever ammo I put in them, cheap steel case or expensive brass, just wish Bass pro still sold them for my gun

Bought a ProMag at a Bass Pro store because factory S&W M&P 40 mags are hard to find.Misfed every round I tried to chamber.Totally unusable.Returned next day to store, told them why,and received full refund.

I bought one of these for a RIA 1911 and it shoots great, no failures to feed etc. But, when Mag is empty it does not lock the slide back. My RIA will lock back with Kimber mags, Colt mags and every other one I have tried. I will keep it as my last mag, but it really slows down reload efforts.

Purchased this mag at our local Bass Pro for a 17rd M&P Pro CORE. When loaded with > 9 rounds the floor plate blew out upon expending the first round, spilling the remaining magazine's ammunition in front of me. Reassembled and repeated several times. Shooting partner was amused. This is not something I want to happen in front of an IDPA audience or God forbid defending myself or family. I destroyed the mag to ensure the experience could not be repeated in the future. I can not recommend this product's use based on its potential for failure in critical situations.
