So I bought these after having some issues with my Tapco 20rd mags. Was a little hesitant since Pro mag get some horrible reviews on some well known gun forums. . But this turned out to be about the same as the Tapco ones. Not the same issue but it seems almost anything made for an SKS requires a little modification to work properly. So I found that these just did NOT click into the mag release part of the SKS. So I had to take a dremel tool and then some plumbers sand paper and work on the back top part of the mag. After some work they click right in very easily. They do NOT fit as nice as the Tapco ones but they also hold ALL 30 rds and eject them properly. The only issue I had was with some Gold Tiger ammo but with Wolf and Tula it's flawless.

yes it works. You have to take out fixed mag, this is done easily (most of the time) you just drop the trigger group slightly out, NOT all the way though, and the old fixed mag comes out. Then you start using the new ones. If the fit is too snug, you may have to sand the backside of the mag at the top, NOT the "duck bill" the other side. Sometimes the "seam" sticks out too far and it won't properly and easily latch in and out.
