Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product ! This is a GREAT charger!! Very easy to install....My 1 year old batteries are now charged better (Could tell by how fast they drain now as compared to the charger I was using)! The best part is I found it on sale at another store a few days after I purchased it, and customer service was VERY Nice and prompt to credit me back the difference in the price, tax and all! Thanks BPS !!! November 26, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent charger as advertised! I had a model that was 14 yrs old. Researched a little. I liked what I read about this unit! I figured it would fit right in old spot based on size dimension from advertisement. It did! I've owned it for a little while. It charges faster than the older model. I also like that it has codes that will flash when it detects a problem with the batteries. No more suprises from bad batteries! May 12, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Customer Service was an umpleasant surprise I got the three bank and after a portion of summer use, I noticed two of the red LED indicator lights partially illuminated when charging was complete. The manual was clear to state which lights should be on indicating (to me) that anything was a malfunction. I contacted Dual Pro who agreed. The wanted ME to pay to ship it back. After expressing my displeasure, they paid the return shipping. I carefully unwired the unit, placed it in the original box, within an outer box and shipped it back. After a week, I got an email that apologized adding that the bleed thru on the LEDs was normal for the new circuit board. I got my charger back in a smashed box minus the original box I returned it in. A month of down time and a lot of drama and just a simple "we're sorry". Nice product, questionable experience. Per the manufacturer's FAQ:

Q: I have a 24 volt trolling motor and my two deep cycle trolling batteries are wired in series. Do I have to remove the jumper wire between the batteries when I charge the batteries with my Dual Pro Charger?

A: No, there is no need to remove the series jumper because the Dual Pro consists of two totally independent chargers which share nothing in common. This allows for both batteries to independently but simultaneously charged.

A:
It has a standard 120V male plug like a home outlet so you would need to plug into a standard home 120V outlet. If your boat is hot with 120V then use an on board outlet.

It is a standard 120V system. I think Dual Pro does make 220V chargers though.
