Awesome Charger i bought this charger to replace a seven year old dual pro professional charger. It was very easy to install and charges all three of my batteries in about six hours. The only thing I would change is to make the 120v cord longer other than that is an awesome product. October 23, 2013
Garbage I have had two of the three bank Sportsman chargers in the last five years. My current one has broken almost exactly 2 years from the time I got it. Both times my chargers have broken they seemingly worked fine until I noticed my brand new (Less than 6 month old) batteries were fried. It is always one or two banks that go bad, never all three. 5 batteries, one trolling motor, and two chargers later I am still having problems. My boat and batteries are hardly abused. It is garage kept year round and has light usage. The charger and batteries are kept clean and dry all year long. Dual Pro will do nothing more than sell me a reconditioned one at a slightly lower price than a new one. I am done with this company. July 16, 2013
Short power cord Terrific charger, and I would've given 5 stars, but the extremely short AC cord meant that I only had one choice for a mounting location in my boat. Fortunately, the charging cords had enough length to reach my battery bank, but they cut a corner with the AC cord. June 15, 2013
Great Purchase Prior to ourchasing this device I used to have to climb under the center console to hook up a single portable battery charger, let it charge and then move the cables to the second bank. This product allows me to dependably charge both banks at once without worry. The only drawback is hat I needed to splice the 120 volt cord so it could reach the back of the receptacle. Per the manufacturer's FAQ:

Q: I have a 24 volt trolling motor and my two deep cycle trolling batteries are wired in series. Do I have to remove the jumper wire between the batteries when I charge the batteries with my Dual Pro Charger?

A: No, there is no need to remove the series jumper because the Dual Pro consists of two totally independent chargers which share nothing in common. This allows for both batteries to independently but simultaneously charged.

A:
It has a standard 120V male plug like a home outlet so you would need to plug into a standard home 120V outlet. If your boat is hot with 120V then use an on board outlet.

It is a standard 120V system. I think Dual Pro does make 220V chargers though.
