If you think about it, this is a hunk of wire in plastic loom. It is rather expensive but after you spend all the money on a charger, it may be better to go with the product designed for the purpose. Don't put the charger where the wire reaches, put it where it makes sense on the boat given the heat it will generate, weight distribution and storage. It's easy to forget the price when the charger is located where it makes sense and you only do it once.
