I purchased this online and received it direct from Primos. One of the legs didnt' extend even after following the instructions and adjusting the screw. Contacted BP via chat and they took care of it. Got the product to me faster than Primos got me the first one. It works great! BP customer service is awesome.

Product is wonderful. It provides a sturdy support that adapts well to all terrain. It's so nice to be able to level all three legs with a push of a button.
I also used this with my video camera by unscrewing the top. very easy to use & light to haul..

My husband loves this tripod - only down fall is there is no carrying strap so while carrying a rifle it can be cumbersome. Otherwise he's used it several times with shots upwards of 300 yards and likes it.

The triger is on top of the three (3) legs that extend below and level when the triger is squeezedA:
It's very easy.. You pull the trigger & the legs adjust to the terrain. Once you're comfortable with the set-up, you just release the trigger & everything is locked in placeA:
When you pull the trigger it activates all the legs to move at the same time but you can change the angle of each leg simply by moving your hand forward, backward, left, or right so it will set up easily on uneven terrain.A:
